What is Glimpses REDUX?
Glimpses REDUX is an invite-only, annual gathering of world-class talent from all areas of life, whose combined wisdom illuminates our understanding of human potential. In this, the inaugural event, you can expect to be immersed in a series of experiences led by discipline experts in the company of high-performing individuals and thought leaders across all fields. You can also expect some fun!

You are invited as one of an exclusive group of individuals, recognised for leadership in your field. We know your participation will help make the event more than the sum of its parts. We’d love to see you there!

When is the event?
The event covers a Friday night and Saturday from March 25th - March 26th 2022. We'll be gathering on Friday, March 25th from 6pm - 10pm PST at Saddle Peak Lodge, Calabasas. On March 26th, the following day, we'll gather from 9am - 10pm PST at Malibu Dream Resort, Malibu.

Malibu, California. We'll be gathering on Friday, March 25th from 6pm - 10pm PST at Saddle Peak Lodge, Calabasas. On March 26th, the following day, we'll gather from 9am - 10pm PST at Malibu Dream Resort, Malibu.
Where do I stay?
We suggested reserving a place at one of these three locations. These recommended accommodations are now fully booked, barring cancellations. There may be room at one of these alternative options but unfortunately we cannot provide transport to/from these options: Four Seasons Westlake Village, or Sheraton Agoura Hills.

Is transport provided?
You’ll need to make your own way to your accommodation. Private buses will be available as a shuttle to event for those staying at listed accommodations on both Friday and Saturday. Buses leave pick up location at 9 a.m. sharp on Saturday.

If you’re at Marriott
Fri March 25: buses depart for venue 4:45 - 5:15 pm
Sat March 26: buses depart for venue 8 - 8:45 am; buses return from venue 5 - 10:30 pm
If you’re at Calamigos
Fri March 25: bus departs for venue 5 pm
Sat March 26: buses depart for venue 8 - 8:30 am; buses return from venue 5 - 10:30 pm
If you’re travelling independently
Parking at the venues is limited and taxis / rideshare are not readily available in the area. We recommend:
- Make use of carpooling to help friends and other guests get to and from the venues. You’re all going in the same direction
- We have buses shuttling guests to and from the venues at the Marriott and Nicholas Canyon Beach Parking (Sat only) locations. You can find transport to those locations and benefit from the shuttles.
Are the venues accessible for people with disabilities?
Yes, both venues are accessible for people with disabilities.
What are the Covid protocols?
Local Los Angeles County guidelines will be followed during the event. Masking mandates have been lifted for private events. Masks may be worn at each individual’s discretion - we will have masks on site if you would like one. Masks continue to be required in any organized group transportation (e.g. in the shuttles from official hotels to the venues). Venue layout and foot traffic patterns have been considered carefully to promote social distancing without compromising your experience. Both event venues are outdoors with handwashing stations / hand sanitizers at key locations throughout. Please reach out to drjenw@liminalcollective.co for any questions.
What am I paying for and what is covered?
Glimpses REDUX is invite-only and free to attend. We’re providing transport to and from our recommended accommodation and the event venues. You’ll need to cover your travel to Malibu and the cost of your discounted accommodation. If you are not staying at Marriott or Calamigos, transportation will not be provided.
What will the weather be like?
You can expect daytime weather to be sunny, with the occasional day of cloud cover, 65 - 75°F (18 - 24°C). Be aware that the hills can be windy, with cooler nights of around 54°F (12°C).
What should I wear?
Come in whatever makes you feel comfortable. We’re gathering to have fun and be ourselves. That means casual dress is fine. There’s nothing a pair of jeans,comfy shoes and shirt can't handle! Do plan to bring layers as it will get chilly at night. A coat check will be available on Saturday if you want to stash your jacket during the day.
Will we be doing any special activities that require specific clothing or equipment?
We will provide everything you need. You may wish to pack a bathing suit for your hotel pool.
How should I prepare to participate?
There’s no preparation needed but the energy in the room will encourage everyone to be participatory, not just those on stage. None needed. Just bring yourself and all your enthusiasm!
Is the meeting confidential? Will there be media, photographers, videographers? Will content be gathered?
We’re operating under Chatham House Rules. This frees everyone to interact openly, in confidence. A few Liminal Collective team members are authorized to capture content related to the event. No content will be published outside our community without prior approval.
What are the social media guidelines?
You are welcome to capture content for personal use. If you wish to publish or share content externally, please be respectful of others and their privacy preferences. You can tag #glimpsesredux and #liminalcollective. We’re @liminal.collective on Instagram.
