In her current role at FalconX (a global digital asset prime broker) as Global Head of Account Management, she leads the global onboarding and account management of institutional customers to accelerate time-to-revenue and deepen client relationships. Additionally she is responsible for generating sales interest in company solutions, development of sales training & education and impacting the revenue pipeline. She is not merely a sales leader; she is a builder of high-performance cultures, uniquely skilled at commanding diverse teams and bridging the gap between legacy financial structures and the specialized demands of the digital frontier. Lauren captained the bronze-medal winning US Synchronized Swimming team at the 2004 Summer Olympics in Athens.

Lauren holds a B.A. in Political Science from Columbia University. She lives in Northern California with her Olympic gold medalist (volleyball) husband and their 4 children.
